OCBH member organizations are providers of licensed residential treatment and/or state certified substance use disorder prevention, treatment and recovery programs, in Oregon. OCBH currently represents 60+ agencies providing services to Oregonians.

We are always welcoming new members who meet criteria. If you are interested in joining or want more information, please send an email with your contact information so we can provide you with the information you need for membership consideration.
 
We believe that by joining together, we can help improve the residential and substance use disorder systems and services provided to the citizens of Oregon. 

Eligibility

Membership in OCBH is open to not-for-profit corporations, business corporations, professional corporations, and limited liability companies which provide substance use treatment, mental health treatment and services, prevention, recovery or related behavioral health services that qualify for a Certificate of Approval (COA). Entities that do not hold a COA may be eligible for affiliate membership.

Dues Structure

OCBH is supported by membership dues paid by its members based on the behavioral health budgets of each agency, with a minimum dues amount of $1,000.00 and a maximum amount of $21,000.00 annually.

Services considered part of an agency's overall Behavioral Health Budget include but are not limited to: Prevention programs, Residential, Detox and Housing programs with services to residents. If you have questions about whether a portion of your budget should be considered Behavioral Health, please contact us.

Agencies indicate on their membership application which of the following payment calendars they would like to use to pay their dues:

  • Annually
  • Semi-Annually
  • Quarterly
