OCBH Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Resource Guide

Mission:

The OCBH DEI Committee aims to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within
OCBH as an association, as well as the overall behavioral health industry at-large.

Purpose of the Resource Directory:

The DEI Resource Directory is meant to act as a guide to help OCBH members assess their organization's current workplace culture and practices, and then move towards implementing a stronger, more effective DEI lens throughout every level of their organization. The directory offers practical tools to begin your journey, along with resources on culturally responsive workforce recruitment and retention, educational opportunities and DEI trainings, as well as employee support strategies. 

This resource directory will be a continuously updating, living resource page that we are excited to see grow with help of our DEI committee & OCBH member input.
