Chris Owen, Clackamas County Deputy District Attorney
Chris Owen is the Chief Deputy District Attorney of the Clackamas County DA’s Office and an Adjunct Professor at Portland State University. Chris has been a prosecutor for 28 years and has spent significant time during his career prosecuting child abuse, sexual assault, homicides, assaults and property crime cases.
