OCBH member organizations are providers of licensed residential treatment and/or state certified substance use disorder prevention, treatment and recovery programs, in Oregon.  Membership is made up of both for-profit and not-for profit agencies. OCBH currently represents 34 agencies providing services to Oregonians.

We are always welcoming new members who meet criteria. If you are interested in joining or want more information, please send an email with your contact information so we can provide you with the information you need for membership consideration.
 
We believe that by joining together, we can help improve the residential and substance use disorder systems and services provided to the citizens of Oregon. 

Dues Structure

OCBH is supported by membership dues paid by its members based on the behavioral health budgets of each agency, with a minimum dues amount of $1,000.00 and a maximum amount of $15,000.00 annually.

  • If the behavioral health budget of your agency is less than or equal to $1 million your annual dues will be $1,000.00.
  • If the behavioral health budget of your agency is equal to or greater than $15 million your annual dues will be $15,000.00.

Services considered part of an agency's overall Behavioral Health Budget include but are not limited to: Prevention programs, Residential, Detox and Housing programs with services to residents.
